Mohamed is our founder and also the managing partner. He is also an IT Expert with experience in Software Development and Project Management. He has been practicing law since 2010 in the domestic arena as well as international law. He has been involved in several complex litigations and has argued on behalf of various individuals, foreign & Indian Companies before various Boards, Tribunals, District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. He has also been advising Technology Firms and Companies over various Data Security & Privacy issues as well and has designed competent legal frameworks for them.

He also specializes in Constitutional Law, Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents, Real Estate, Labor & Employment Laws and Corporate Compliance. He has quite an extensive experience in Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Resolution. He also has considerable experience in Real Estate issues, Family matters and Personal Injury & Consumer Protection as well.

Mohamed has been endorsed by the Committee of Intellectual Property Attorneys (CIPA) as a Leading Lawyer in IPR Law and is a mentor at the PRLIC and a Senior Member of the Council for the Promotion of Advocacy. He is an orator and an excellent public speaker and has been a frequent speaker at various international conferences organized by leading professional bodies and organizations on subjects such as Trademarks, Patents, PCT, Criminal Law & Victimology, Social Justice issues, etc.

His effort to write a book on Constitutional Law is a continuing endeavor which is eagerly awaited by his colleagues and professionals.
